The only issue is "when".
Obviously the interplay of various factors can vary, and what is indisputable is that it will happen.
I've had various reactions to these scenarios when I've read these things, ranging from "I won't be there, the hell with it" to "How do we possibly stop it?"
This time it was "for everything there is a time." You know, a time to live, a time to die, and so on. Makes the rest of this seem a bit puny, doesn't it?
