It doesn't help to go binary. I didn't say that education wasn't on the list at all, I said it wasn't the most important thing. Once you read the entire article, you'll see how much time it devotes to the scale and quasi-military organization of these "companies". That's what we're competing against, not the extent to which the Chinese workers have two years of trade school.
