SRB idea pretty cool...
If everybody who I thought needed an SRB ride into the exosphere took such a ride, the Shuttle would have to wait in line and wouldn't be able to launch again for fourteen years. And that's packing the entire exterior of each booster with victims.
Would duct tape be enough to hold them on, do you suppose, or does it get too hot? I've had pretty good luck at high temperatures with that ceramic weave electric tape.
