How can anything of scientific value be linked with the name of Congressman Major R. Owens????? The man is a complete and total IDIOT! I seriously doubt if he could make a paper airplane.

With NASA wasting money on crap like this, it's no wonder our space program doesn't have the money for a Pluto mission.
