So, you think NASA could get a bigger budget, if China goes to the Moon (with the Chinese total space budget being some small fraction of NASA's current budget).
Yeah, you are probably right.
But if NASA simply wanted to increase their budget, they *could* start going to the Moon right now. {And by time China gets around to going to the Moon, NASA could probably be going to Mars}
