Doesn't yet exist, so I can call it whatever I want. Robert Forward, founder of Forward Unlimited re-invented the system some time back and called it the Rotovator, a contracted version of "rotating space elevator". I prefer to call it a space elevator, rather than "skyhook" or "tether launcher" or whatever.
