NASA`s NIAC site had both of these systems -- once upon a time. Boeing,who has plans to make the planes,had the tether system info.Tether systems goes back to the 40`s and 50`s,along with rail launchers from the moon,along with mass drivers.All different systems.A SPACE ELEVATOR centered at GEO could be lowered to just off the ground -- step aboard -- no grappling hook,speed plane needed.A counter weight would extend beyond GEO -- to offset the elevator.Hey just want to keep things in order.
