Will the RADAR on Express shed any light on this?

Obviously it will not return any sub-surface spectrographic data.

But what are the chances it will disclose the flat surfaces of buried, frozen lakes? Or what other recognizable subsurface structures might water be found in?

Or is the water hopelessly mixed with the rest of the geology and will not show up on RADAR at all?
