No Limits On Input EP
The poll is open to all interested readers EP. It was not limited to Mars enthusiasts. It is certainly a better barometer of public opinion than your individual one. Too bad being so out of sinc irritates you so bad. You are likely to have an early heart attack if public opinion different from yours irritates you so bad.
I really think asteroids ought to rate higher, but there has probably been a desensitization effect from a perception of the hazard being overblown.
Inflated risk assessments from certain quarters and repeated inaccurate press reports of retracted impact threats have probably lowered public concern from a recent peak.
