I didn't have any idea there was a film of that. What's out the window?
There seems to have been a few problems with stuck or leaking thrusters. I don't know the technology of them, at all, but would have expected them to be very simple.
On the other hand, there has been a LOT of them. Once in a while something will go wrong with anything.
