IN addition to the $30,000,000 in US funds which Tumlinson diverted in his vain hope to preserve Mir and kill ISS, and the $20,000,000 in Russian funds squandered in the same way, we now have to add in another $20,000,000 due to the MirCorp's screwing up the sale of the next seat.
That's $70,000,000, roughly the curent shortfall, and enough to keep Russia in ISS with no additional expenditures.
My friends tell me that the FSV is relatively powerless, and since Tumlinson is not dead already, I have to believe them.
