Life on Venus
I think they may be reaching a bit, but an interesting idea anyway. I would lay much heavier odds on floating life forms in the atmospheres of the gas giants, if anywhere.
Venus has been pretty much written off in the space probe department, and I wouldn't mind seeing some sort of new probes including atmospheric "balloon" types and some new landers. I bet we could get something to last longer than the Russians did with their old technology.
