a better idea
Manufacture on Earth an inflatable dome,
with netting spanning its chords on its interior side.
Take to Moon, Inflate.
Step inside, and spay the inflrated dome from the inside with concrete.
Then bury the concrete dome.
Then move in your equipment.
The problem with inflatables is that radiation always severs long chain polymers.
My idea is simply to use the inflatable as a scaffolding for concrete.
