<Inconstant Moon

Most of you probably know that the Moon wobbles some revealing more than 50% of its surface. But did you know that it’s apparent size in our sky changes considerable from Perigee and Apogee?

A full Moon at perigee is 1.3026 times brighter than a full Moon at Perigee.

By the way, has anyone here read the short story Inconstant Moon, by Larry Niven?
