Space/Science

FTL Relatively speaking.

OK I've been pondering the idea of Faster than light movement and this is what I've come up with.

Gravity waves are supposed to compress space time so I was thinking aren't things traveling through these ripples actually moving faster than light?

I mean light traveling through these ripples gets from point "A" to "B" faster than it would have if the ripple had not been there.

Or have I just had too much ripple?
