<Rubber-stamp, blind, unthinking patriotism is not patriotism - it is fascism. Democracy was created to allow for different points of view.
Rubber stamp support of any leader, nation, or position, no matter what, as long as it opposes America, its allies, and their interests, is no better. There are a considerable number of influential groups and people in the U.S. and elsewhere that fall into this category.
