BD wrote: You've posted under differnt names and besides you are the biggest crybaby on this board. Waaaa waaaa waaaa.
Chris writes: The point is you do it here intentionally to fake two people replying...or do you believe yourself to be two people?
BD wrote: I have answered all of your robot driven questions a least a hundred times. You don't care about my answers. You only want to belittle things you don't understand because you say Earth has been infested with Martian microbes and we are all immune. Get a life!
Chris writes: You have not answered my question about possible contamination from Muse-C and Stardust. How is it you are worried about Mars but not space?
BD: You are a religous robot - your religion of Mars colonies is a public disgrace. You try and fool people on this board that what you are doing is real science when all it is is a method for obtaing other peoples hard earned cash.
Chris writes: Religious robot? And you evidence is? Oh that's right you don't need evidence for your claims... Tell us how a Mars Colony would be a public disgrace. I've shown you we are doing science and you wont admit it and change the subject when comfronted with truth. If the Mars Society is only a flimflam game then we are the stupidest con men ever. The object of a con is to make money..isn't it?
BD wrote: I am not lying about your fake Mars fort. Read about it here little one. Now don't you look the the liar? You spending Christmas in your canvas spacesuit? Zoot zoot! Maybe one day you can pretend to save the universe and you will be promoted to Commander?
Chris writes: So again you will pretend to not reading my posts. I'm I susprised? No!
BD wrote: Some quotes about your phoney wooden Mars Fort at Space.com:
http://www.space.com/scienceastronomy/solarsystem/mars_rehab_000731.html
"The nearly $400,000 module was funded by the Mars Society through a mix of donations..."
"The site was selected because the harsh environment... make it similar to what astronauts might find on the surface of Mars".
Not even 1% Mars-like.
"They built the floor out of wood and..."
Lots of wood on Mars eh Mark? How realistic!
What a bunch of bull. People will catch to your antics to fool the public into thinking the Arctic is Mars.
Chris writes: BD, again you accept what the media feeds you as straight facts. I think everyone interested should go read the text here especially for that which Barry edits out of sentences...
How is the cost of the Hab proof of it being a "phoney wooden Mars Fort"?
Have you a clue what an engineering analog or architectural analog are? If so tell us.
The actual quote is..."The site was selected because the harsh environment and a giant meteorite-impact crater make it similar to what astronauts might find on the surface of Mars." Where is your proof that Devon Island is not more than 1% analogous to Mars? Devon Island is an Arctic Desert and is similar in appearance to areas on Mars. Anyone who has seen images of Devon Island and Viking landing sites can see this.
Barry here is where you are the one playing Mars. We are on Earth trying to build models/analogs of Mars Habats. Not real Mars Habats!!! The floors of the Devon Island Hab are made of plywood this doesn't make the Hab a fort nor does it make it wooden. Would anyone call a house made of birck a wood house because it's floors are made of plywood? Besides, plywood is a good practices material clueless.
Hum, we don't plan on fooling anyone into believing Devon Island is Mars or that
for than matter Iceland, the Azzie desert outback or Utah are either. Again get a clue.
"ZAP" "ZAP" ...you're dead!
