That's not the point.
You are correct. There are always silly problems everywhere.
However, when one is trying to demonstrate the feasibility of a project, trying to publicize the desireability of a project it's best to not have dumb problems over and over.
Sort of like the US missile defense project. They keep having difficulties not related to interception. Still makes the entire concept seem flawed.
