You know we're in agreement that the rare Earth hypothesis seems the most probable at5 this point, but can't help but point out an obvious inconsistancy.

PS, It's obvious the national security implications of fossil fuel use have become clear to Bush because I'm sure he didn't propose funding for replacing the internal combustion engines out of concern for global warming. As I said many times before liberals and conservatives should both support such research because it addresses concerns of interest to both.
