But isnt it safe to say that tectonics MUST have existed in its early history? Such evidence may be buried deep, I was just wondering is more recent features showed any evidence of geologically (say past few hundred million years) recent motion... I know some of the volcanos show evidence of faulting, and lava tube collapse but I am wondering if there are any non-volcanic mountains that have been seen? Mountains or features that might suggest that there were once continental plates moving....
