theres always a chance (goes for the iss too ) that in orbit it is hit by an object that could cause damage.
but talking about on take off FOD before orbit then a abort could happen.
How to Address FOD well ummmmmm
1. active armour heat sheilding 2 layers.
2. self healing effect like blood that turns to a scab.
but still we don,t know what caused this loss .
