In talking about OSP I was referring to estimates on launch processing times for Delta IV Heavy and Atlas V Heavy (if it eventually comes online). Both builders promise very quick processing times from on-dock to T-0, something like just a few weeks. If NASA imposed the requirement, one could always be just a week away from launch, maybe even less.
