A post with no confusion over the Mars' Society's involvement would have been:

"They have posted/printed several of my HMP-2002 pictures without asking permission (small NASA ARC plane, Hamilton Sunstrand Spacesuit). Then again, these 'journalists' hadn't a clue what was going on when they were up there. At one point they hoped on one of our ATVs (without asking/obtaining permission) and started to drive off."

Deleting "and these pictures depict items that have zero relationship to Mars Society" would not have changed the meaning of the post if no implication of wrong doing on the MS' part was intended. I am quite willing to admit no such implication was intended or even that most would read it that way. However I do contend it was needlessly confusing.

Keith has provided no explanation or reason for including that blurb yet won't admit the linkage is potentially confusing. It is a minor issue and I completely accept Keith's statement that no linkage was intended. I'm sure Keith would admit and correct any technical error he inadvertantly made, but such subjective issues seem to degenerate rapidly. Off course, this whole issue may be a pathological symptom of years of forced poetry analysis in honors English.
