J- Yet, it is said that the can of hair spray or shaving cream containing CFC’s will destroy the Earth’s atmosphere. And you are saying that it is OK to detonate all the nuclear weapons at once without causing so much as a “wind” locally or globally.:-]

R.L.- Your numbers on sodium mean nothing...

J- Perhaps not to you; to me they seemed to indicate that Sodium molecules have a certain density that can be compared to the density of Nitrogen molecules.

R.L.-the sodium in our mesosphere is due to meterorites ...

J- Has this meteorite dust become ‘heavier’ in the last 30 years?

R.L.- Really kiddo, I do know this subject- I Have studiued it intensively, and I am one of a handfull of humans to actually see it...I made an artificial star in the sodium layer just two days ago...You are an idiot....

J- Besides inserting imaginative ideas to the ‘space’ board and asking questions related to the ideas, I’m also trying to understand the motivation behind the answers. Although: Most of the time I’m using autocad to design and draw innovative products. I have two patents in the electronics field and one in the mechanical area. Working on others.

N.H.- The ratio of sunlight to internal radiogenic heating is ~4,220. i.e. ALL of earth's radioactivity is 0.024% of sunlight.

J- I suppose that you are suggesting the use of sunlight instead of nuclear power to light those millions of light bulbs around the world.
Hmmm……..How about bringing some of the sunlight from one side of the world to the other, we could use fiber optics, that way we might be able to do away with light bulbs all together. :-)

N.H.- Now please stop spamming this group with your stupid comments about radioactivity, heat, and atmospheric loss.

N.H.- Go take an evening class in Physics, read a book more recent than 1964, and learn to look things up on the internet, work an excel spreadsheet, and use scientific notation for numbers with more than 5 or 6 zeroes in them.

J- Its good advice for anyone to always learn more.

You seem to be intelligent people but your answers display arrogance and a sort of ‘know it all’ attitude.
If the presentation of ideas or asking of questions is not allowed on this board, then that should be stated clearly. If that is done, no one will mistake that science fiction or related topics ARE allowed here. Also, if ‘questions’ are not allowed, state that fact without using profanity.
Profanity belongs on the flame board.
