Who judges this?
I thought it had to be real humans.
Are they going to include the weight of any flight suits?
How about the weight of any oxygen tanks that would be required by real human passengers throughout the entire flight?
Who is going to verify that the rocket actually reaches the required height?
Some dummy might do something stupid and destroy the craft, would you really want to be flying into space with a dummy?
Are they going to be required to read the self help book Going into space for Dummies?
