As for the details in the planning and execution of the suicide bombs, the Israelis depend heavily on intelligence, particularly from paid Palestinian collaborators. When the Israelis find out about a planned terrorist attack, they notify the PA, ask them to arrest the individual(s), and when the PA ignores their request, the Israelis take action...can you blame them?

Incidently, I believe the number of Palestinian collaborators arrested, tortured, then killed by the Palestinian Authority is growing...funny, though, I don't hear any kind of international outcry at this 'injustice'.
