32 Soldiers Hurt in Parachute Jump
Been there, done that. My unit had one jump were dozens of us were injured. The injuries ranged from sprained ankels to a broken neck. I escaped injury only by putting down in a briar patch. Just about everyone else landed in the trees. Things can go bad quickly and this as a true CF jump. Just goes to show that military service is dangerous even in peacetime. We had a soldier severely injured at Fort Carson yesterday afternoon. We had one die a couple months ago after being struck my lightening on a field exercise.
