But I suspect that many of those well off Saudi's are guilty of looking the other way while Bin Ladin uses their companies as financial fronts.

If I am correct in this assumption, then they are as guilty as Bin Ladin. That which they value most (their wealth) should be taken away. We can't continue to slap these people on the wrist while they aid the enemy financially.
