I've said it before and I'll say it again:
Having grown up in upstate New York, and travelled in Canada, I have had the opportunity to meet many Canadians. They have been, to a one, some of the most thoughtful, intelligent, civilized people I have ever had dealings with. I would add that the Canadian armed forces and the Canadian diplomatic corps are noted for their integrity and courage.
It's good to have such neighbors.
