In the aftermath decisions are being made on our security that affect our freedom.

What matters to me:

We will likely be required to show up at the airport 2 hours early and go through all kinds of irritating checks in order to prevent the 1 in a million problem. As a guy that usually had to run to catch my flight this irks me no end. If we root out the source of the problem we can forget about the tiresome restrictions. There will probably be other impositions that will diminish the quality of our lives, all because certain people can't be identified and apprehended.

What doesn't matter to me:

I am sure that I will part company with most on this subject but before you come down on me too hard remember that I am surely a small minority ob this subject. Privacy is bullshit to me. If I can avoid the other life altering inconveniences I welcome the government to moniter my every telephone conversation, email, postal mail and they can put a tv camera in my living room. I could care less.
