French minister: the key word is "maverick"
Hi, Frank.
He's a minister of interior affairs, and doesn't speak for the government, but for the Department of Health.
Some people just have no idea of what remarks are appropriate and when they should shut up.
My hope is, at the funeral of someone near and dear to him, a "friend" makes public remarks in his hearing about how the deceased had it coming to her. Though I doubt he'll make the connection between his personal pain and outrage and what his words mean to us.
