Cluster munitions are astonishingly deadly too, if the prey is not dug in much.
I don't get the feeling we are headed in the "bomb them from a distance" direction. I'm betting that we use ground troops and bring all the bodies (theirs) home. I also think the government would love to bring the perpetrator back alive so we can put him on trial.
