I would have to vote no on this one...

...specifically because execution of leaders is reminiscent of Bolshevik tactics and anarchists.

The law banning execution is a good one. If the US - thw worlds superpower supports assassination we invite the same for our own President and leaders.

For every nation which decides we are an enemy - can then justify killing our leaders and point to our own laws when we protest.

If and when we go after folks - it is done with an intent to capture and try them.

This is a good law - and bin Laden may tempt one to make exceptions - but this would really hurt the US much more than help it!!!!
