Even Clinton is not evil enough to wish this kind of horror on anyone, but you can bet he's gnashing his teeth that this didn't happen on his watch. Had terrorists actually downed Flight 800, they would have had to chain Clinton in the White House basement to keep him from trumpeting the attack on the U.S. to the skies and strutting his heroic Presidential stuff.
