Anyone else feel like the total, complete, vacuum-like lack of any motive whatsoever for a complex criminal coverup of an attack on the U.S., by hundreds of politicians, professional investigators and other personnel, is a major hole in this thesis?

At least the old gag about the Navy shooting it down had at least some motivation for covering it up.
