A few of us, hopefully more, will realize that there could be a number of circumstances which might account for these videos. We don't always have a way of ascertaining if the videos shown are current, what it is the dancing villagers are celebrating, or even if the celebrations relate to the WTC attack at all.
There will always be those who are careless with the facts, who have personal agendas to advance, or who want war rather than peace. The edict against taping local celebrations might simply be a recognition by the Palestinian authorities that evil men might use a celebration, any celebration to antagonize America during this period of crisis.
For example, a man might come into a village, give the children a bunch of candy and soda, and tell them that America had suffered a great defeat, or that the local soccer club scored a smashing victory. As the kids party and whoop it up, the man or a companion with a video camera might then record the scene claiming it represented joyous celebrations by all Palestinians at news of the WTC bombings.
