Stage I:
Confirm it's bin Laden, then blow the entrances and leave him buried, with an armed guard. A year's supply of food is useless with 100 soldiers to feed, and even more useless if those 100 soldiers don't have their own year's supply of air.
Stage II:
Go after bin Laden's organization, as well as his look alikes (which could still be him).
Stage III:
Go after the remaining terrorist groups that have global reach.
Stage IV:
Reward our allies.
Stage V:
Take five.
