I agree that this story may not be true. That's why I kept qualifying my answer to that regard. If it is true, I see releasing the info as a very serious blunder. On the other hand, even if the story is false, the terrorists could be scrambling to change the way they communicate, just in case it is true. The story about the code book could be a piece of disinformation designed to impact their operations. If so, sweet! ;}
