"Zero Tolerance."
You've all heard that one before, right?
Well, Tom, What did you expect? In this nation, we suspend good students who take squirt guns to school. Carving a hand gun out of wood in art class isn't allowed either. I wonder if they are even allowed to paint with squirt guns in art class... Very doubtful.
Kids today are even suspended for the no tolerance with drugs rule, because they take an aspirin, or use a cough drop in class.
There is no gray area here, just a razor-sharp line to separate this warped impression into a definite right/wrong world. This is where our academic gutless wonders are hatched.
Pity.
Where is the thinking American today? I'll tell you. He's given up and getting ready for his move to the rest home. The idiots have taken over, and he's just too tired to continue the fight.
And there are so few of us to carry on the battle,
Dan
