<Analysis: Arafat's crackdown.

I think we may need a World Wide Conference very soon. The UN might just live up to it's name. BTW, I always believed that sole role of the UN was ONLY as a place of safe haven for world leaders to come to and discuss issues so they could achieve a logical resolve and apply them honorably.
