can we get a little dialogue going on the ramifications of this?
First he tells us he just wants Bin Laden.
Now he wants the Taliban.
I can see him buying time to finish his airstrikes (and the country), but why is he refusing to go for a criminal court and supply the world with our proof? If Bin Laden could be seen in his criminal light, maybe other Muslims would rally around their democratic leaders (of sorts).
Color me stupid, but isn't this what he wanted all along?
