We are at war.
The means we use to gather intelligence needed to prosecute the war are frankly not the public's business in the way that the so-called peace protester's or apologists of ObL/Taliban demand.
The means we are using to gather this evidence, and the existance of important pieces of this evidence, are not for public consumption.
The fact is that the NYC skyline is missing about 210 stories of towers.
Unless those who are offended at what America is doing can explain away the absence of those buildings and the thousands who are squashed in the rubble,
just shut the hell up.
What these people ask for is as plain naive as someone demanding to see evidence of Japanese planning after Pearl Harbor, or those who would have demanded that Lincoln run the Civil War without suspension of Habeus Corpus.
War is not a court drama or Spielberg movie, where you can pretty much guess the outcome before the popcorn runs out.
War is serious, and our enemy is seeking to destroy us and our culture.
Posturing about "evidence" like thre is a bill of rights for wartime enemies, is prepostrously dangerous.

Those who wait on "evidence" a la Perry Mason, during a war, are quite off base
