The al-Saud ruling family is in deep do-do with the Wahhabis, and have been "excommunicated".

Also, I saw from that old interview with OBL that one of his chief whines, was that the al-Sauds were corrupt and despite the vast oil-wealth, the country was practically bankrupt.

At least one of the things out of his mouth was true.....
