What we really ought to be working on.

Yeah, the environmentalists will squeal about "polluting space" and "evil microwaves," but screw them. The only thing an energy technology has to have to get on their shitlist is to have a chance of being workable, and have a chance of permitting the "plague of humanity" to enjoy a higher standard of living.
