The letter to Daschel is appears to be post marked 10/9/01
The letter to Tom Brokaw appears to be post marked 9/11/01.
The NY post letter is post marked in Oct. date indistinguishable.
The NY Post letter is not just the same text as the Brokaw letter. It is a photocopy.
The 2 different letters appear to have been printed by two different people.
IMO the text of the two letters was not composed by the writers but was hand copied from another source, maybe a typed page.
This is JMO but I do have some experience in these matters.
