I'm no handwriting analysist, but it really looks like whoever wrote this made an extra effort at getting the lines straight where the letters called for a straitght line, ie., AW, etc., except for the 's' and the 'g'... they look like they were written with ease and maybe with too much emphasis on the curves.
Arabic has few straight lines and even then, they tend to curve at both the begining of the lines and at the ends.
The return address could be totally bogus and maybe not.
