What I noticed in the message
The short, simple sentences and the somewhat oddly phrased statement, "You die now". That doesn't sound like a native English speaker. Then again, it could well be a domestic terrorist pretending to be a foreigner.
I don't know if the handwriting betrays the author's native language. If it did, I think the experts would have jumped all over that clue.
