A very Western attitude, one which bundles all Muslims into one, neat al Qaida pile. Trouble is, we know it doesn't work that way.
Ramadan is a special time for Muslims. The enemy of sanity and reason is angry about the U.S. pledge to continue the war this same enemy created through the enemy's sacred month of Ramadan. For them and their religious indignation I hold no sympathy, but please understand that Ramadan is not their domain. This is a time and a belief that is shared by friends of the U.S., as well as mourners of the tragic deaths that occurred the morning of Sept 11, 2001.
To reiterate and rephrase our president clear intent, we do not attack through the month of Ramadan out of spite for the Muslim people. We attack because this is the timetable our enemy has chosen us to do battle with him, and we shall oblige him.
