I'm not sure what frangible ammo is, but I can hazard a guess. May I suggest paintballs instead?

But whose definition of "honest" would be acceptable Tom? The courts? That is amusing.

To go a step further following your logic, maybe the airlines should issue firearms to all law-abiding travellers, and then we'd be even safer. A lesser version of MAD.

Sorry don't buy that one.
