Wow...a signed affadavit, right here on the BBS, in front of my very eyes! I guess that pretty much settles it. I mean, it's not like someone could just pull something out of their ass and type it up.

The "affidavit" is from the article quoted above, and is preceded by this little bit of information:

Former DCI William Casey's Affidavit



In the ongoing cover-up of the Bill Tyree frame, Ray Kohlman, Tyree's attorney, received a document titled "Declaration of William Casey". In
Kohlman's own affidavit, dated August 27, 1999, he states that "most the the contents of this affidavit can be proven" and that he "will testify to the contents of this affidavit in court".

Kohlman then filed the document in US District Court for the District of Columbia on November 8, 1999, as Civil Action No. 99cv2709, William M Tyree, Plaintiff v. Department of the US Army, Defendant. Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly entered a Sealing Order for the Casey document, marked "Top Secret". In a letter to this author, Tyree pointedly asks, "Why seal it - if it isn't authentic?"



So, this affidavit somehow showed up at this attorney's office, from God knows where, and is now being touted as gospel by the conspiracy kooks.

Good grief, have you read the damn thing? Did you know William J. Casey spelled words like some ignorant boob composing this thing with two fingered typing? Look at the phrasing. Jeez, does this sound like William J. Casey? Fortunately, he is conveniently dead, and cannot speak to this one way or another.

I wish to heck I could think of something useless to sell you, because I could sure use the money.
